Delivery and Returns


Delivery Information - 

Our standard UK delivery charge is £3.50. Parcels are sent via Royal Mail, or by courier. Orders over £50; after any promotional discounts may have been applied, qualify for ‘free’ delivery. Where possible, all orders received before 3pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays) will be dispatched the same day. During peak periods dispatch may take an additional 48 hours. Deliveries should arrive between 2-5 working days after dispatch. We will confirm with you when your parcel has been dispatched. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands and the Channel Islands may take longer.

Orders placed at Home Parties will be delivered to the address on the order form (billing address) within 7 working days of the party date. An alternative delivery address can be given; such as a work place. In all instances a signature will be required upon delivery. If the named customer will not be taking receipt of the delivery, payment must be made in advance. Local orders that qualitfy for free delivery will be delivered within 2-5 working days of ordering. A minimum spend of £20 applies. Orders under this value may be rejected or have a delivery charge applied. 

If you have not received your goods within 7 working days of dispatch please contact us immediately at and use “Late Delivery” in the subject box, we will investigate the issue.  

Blue Boutique Gifts shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control eg force majeure. 

We do not currently dispatch outside of the UK. Please do not place an order if you do not have a UK address to receive goods. 


Returns Information - 

We want you to be 100% happy with your item(s) and if for any reason you are not, please don’t hesitate to contact us so we can remedy the issue! 

We take great care in packaging items for delivery; in the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item(s) at and use “Damaged or Faulty” in the subject box. Include information such as the order number, product which is at fault and the issue and we will respond to confirm next steps; including the return of the item(s) which should be in their original packaging where possible. We recommend you obtain a proof of purchase when returning goods, any returns lost in transit without this document not be refunded.

To return items ordered from a Home Party - please use the contact details at the top of your order form to arrange collection of goods.


Right of withdrawl 

If you have simply changed your mind about an item, and have not yet received a dispatch e-mail please contact us immediately by telephone (01249 444305) to cancel your order. If the goods have already been posted you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item(s) at and use “changed my mind” in the subject box. Please state the order number and product you wish to return and we will respond to confirm next steps; including the return of the item(s) which should be in their original packaging. You are responsible for the costs incurred when returning a parcel for this reason. We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee and / or postage and packaging costs from the refund amount. 

Refunds can take up to 7 days to process once we have received the returned goods. Any 'free gifts' must be returned as a part of the original order. 

For orders placed at a Home Party - if your items have not yet been delivered; contact us as soon as possible to cancel the order. If your items have already been delivered - please use the above method.  

Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms
