You are provided with access to this Website in accordance with these Conditions

You warrant that:

  • The Personal Information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects
  • You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use
  • You agree that we shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account - You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and account
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the Website and any transactions conducted on or through the Website.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website

When you place an order with us it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to not only these Terms & Conditions but also Delivery and Returns information, privacy policy and cookie information.

By placing an order through our website you are making an offer to Blue Boutique Gifts to purchase the goods outlined in your order upon the terms described in your order. We will require your name, email address, credit/debit card, phone and address details in order in order to process your request or inform you of acceptance of your order.

We may, unless you inform us otherwise, provide our couriers with your contact phone number in case they need to reach you to arrange the delivery of your order.

After placing an order online, we will provide you with confirmation that your order has been received but this is not confirmation that your offer to buy the items has been accepted. Our contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you. 

 

Payment for an order -

We use the industry leading internet payment company PayPal to protect your card details and protect from fraud. PayPal keep your information safe. We will never actually see your bank or credit card details; they are passed in a highly secure way directly to PayPal for processing. Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will only occur when the items have been dispatched and a confirmation of dispatch has been sent. Should there be an issue with your order, we will contact you either by phone or email.

We take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

When placing an order you will automatically be added to our mailing list. However should you wish to not receive mailings, please inform us at customerservice@blueboutiquegifts.co.uk  and we will remove you from our contact list.

 

Contract Cancellation –

You are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish under the Distance Selling Regulations, provided you exercise your right no longer than 14 working days after the day on which you receive the products. We can offer an exchange or refund once the item(s) have been returned complete and in saleable condition. You are liable for the resulting returns postage. Original postage costs will not be refunded.

Product, Pricing and Descriptions –

We make every effort to give an accurate representation of our products; however, slight variations may occur. The sizes and shapes of the goods may differ in real life from how they appear on your screen. We provide dimensions and approximate measurements in the descriptions of the goods and it is your responsibility to check that the actual size of each item is suitable for your purpose. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as digital media, photographic and publishing processes will allow. Details, descriptions and prices appearing on the website are accurate at the time the information was entered onto the system; this may not reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.

Many items include information under the "info" tab, please be sure to read this as it can include instruction around product performance, care, usage and and safety information. Details such as ingredients listing are provided from the manufacturer and are correct to our knowledge. 

Items are subject to availability. All items shown on our website display stock on hand information. On rare occasions due to an administrative error or unsuitable quality when the product is picked for your order, we may be unable to supply the item. We will inform you as soon as possible by phone or email if the goods you have ordered are not available. If you are trying to purchase a number of the same item and present stock numbers won’t allow, please contact us at customerservice@blueboutiquegifts.co.uk and we will endeavour to help.

 

Discount codes and Promotional offers –

We reserve the right to cancel an offer or promotion at any time

  • Only one voucher code can be redeemed per order
  • Codes must be entered at the check-out stage and cannot be retrospectively applied
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash should you return your order
  • Voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion

 

Current Promotional Terms and Conditions - 

Special reductions and clearance sections - 'was' price refers to previous price displayed via the website or winter 2015/2016 brochure or manufacturers RRP. Reductions are not in conjunction with any other discount or promotion. 

Valued customer discount - code provided when an order has been placed. Valid as described in the terms and conditions on packing slip. Valid for 30-35 days after the order has been dispatched.

Chippenham Advertiser - Discount applied at the checkout when the promotional code is entered as a coupon. Not in conjunction with any other discounts. For free delivery customers must register on the website prior to placing their order and alllow approx 24 hour for upgrade. Should you wish to place an order sooner, please contact us to make us aware of your registration. During the checkout stage local customers will then be offered the option of 'free delivery' - you can select this with purchases over £20. Free gifts are allocated randomly - alternatives will not be given. 

Bank Holiday Discount - 20% discount applied on all products when you use the code HOLIDAY at the checkout. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or on postage and packaging costs. Valid between 8.00 26/8/2017 and 23.59 28/08/2017. 

 

Free Prize Draw - 

One name will be chosen at random from our list of all registered customers on 31st January 2017. We will contact the winner directly and also announce via the website and Facebook page. No purchase necessary. The winner can choose goods to the value of £100 from the website at full RRP. No other promotional discount can be applied. The prize must be chosen by 7th February 2017. By registering as a customer on our website you give permission for your details to be added to our mailing list so we can contact you about offers and promotions. 

 

Third Party Links -

To provide increased value to our Users, we may provide links to other websites or resources for you to access at your sole discretion. You acknowledge and agree that, as you have chosen to enter the linked website, we are not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources. Links should not be viewed as an endorsement from us or an affiliation with us.
